Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our food and beverage products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or perishable items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lumihotchocolate@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue.

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
